I'm putting in a thank you for spending time on sharepoint and the calendar/planning features of the tablet. I do not use it much, but I like being able to choose whether or not it is the tool that is best to use. I have never really made much use of any computer's calendar features, so it was very helpful to take the slow steps and see how to set up the side-by-side calendar feature, how to enter appointments into the calendar, and especially how to get reminders to pop up ahead of time--that's what I need.
Also, I had not used sharepoint except for things that the school required of me (lunch count at BCHS), so I had no idea of what is available on it. The time spent on webpages was also invaluable because I had never done anything like that before, and so was ignorant about how to make itWith what I learned, I think that, when I work on it, I can make it not just an item to check off as proof that I am computer literate, but a tool that is useful to me and also to my students and their families.
